Print Lebowski was a ground-up brand build focused on creating a bold, personality-driven identity for a movie-themed print-based business. The goal was to establish a brand that felt memorable, flexible, and unmistakably distinct; one that could live comfortably across digital platforms, physical merchandise, and customer-facing materials.
I began by designing a brand-new logo that would serve as the foundation for the entire visual system. The logo was developed to be versatile and expressive, capable of scaling across everything from small-format business cards to large merchandise applications. It pays tribute to the iconic area rug from our muse film, 'The Big Lebowski'. From there, I built a complete branding kit that defined typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all future uses of the brand.
With the core identity established, I designed the Print Lebowski website to reflect the brand’s tone while remaining clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. The site was structured to clearly showcase products and services while reinforcing the brand’s personality through layout, typography, and visual pacing. Every design decision was made with usability and brand cohesion in mind, creating a seamless experience for visitors.
Merchandise design was a major component of this project, allowing the brand to extend beyond the screen and into tangible products. I created cohesive merch designs that aligned with the overall brand identity while remaining adaptable for different items and production methods. Business cards were also designed as part of the brand system, ensuring that even the smallest touchpoints felt intentional and on-brand.
In addition to the visual design work, I also helped with setting up the Print Lebowski Etsy shop, establishing a storefront that aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and tone. This included preparing brand-consistent visuals and layouts to create a polished, professional presence within the Etsy marketplace. The goal was to make the shop feel cohesive with the website and overall brand while remaining easy for customers to navigate and engage with.
This project represents a complete end-to-end brand build, spanning identity design, digital presence, physical products, and e-commerce setup. Print Lebowski was designed to function as a cohesive system, where every element works together to reinforce brand recognition and create a strong, unified experience across all platforms.
